The entertainment and gaming behemoth, Entain, previously known as GVC Holdings, has received notable praise from the globally respected business and employment networking site, LinkedIn. In the past week, LinkedIn rolled out their maiden LinkedIn Top Companies 2024 tech list, spotlighting the top-tier workplaces within the UK.
The newly-published list, curated by LinkedIn, took into account a myriad of data, evaluating several elements linked to career advancement opportunities for the workforce, in order to determine the cream of the crop amongst the tech workplaces in the nation. Interestingly, Entain was the sole representative from the gambling industry to be featured in the list’s top 10.
Entain, the governing organization behind names like Ladbrokes Coral and Sportingbet, claimed the third spot on this groundbreaking list. The international betting and gaming conglomerate was acknowledged for its unwavering commitment to staff career progression and gender diversity, among other attributes that contributed to it securing the reputable third place.
Celebrating Another Significant Recognition
Besides receiving recognition as one of the finest technological workplaces in the UK for 2024, another feather was added to Entain’s cap when it featured in LinkedIn’s list of 25 best large employers for career growth in the UK. The first rank in this list was secured by MasterCard, trailed by Bain & Company in second position and AstraZeneca occupying the third slot. Entain emerged in the list at the 18th position.
The latest version of the LinkedIn Top Companies list, spotlighting the 25 best large workplaces in the country, has been introduced for the eighth consecutive year. The list illustriously honored the paramount workplaces in the nation, underscoring the crucial significance of investing in the employee experience in the current job market, be it by launching initiatives to enhance employees’ AI proficiency, or by providing flexible work conditions.
