The announcement of the transaction was made by the CEO of Sports IQ Analytics, Omer Dor, a week subsequent to DraftKings releasing its quarterly financial report for the period ending on March 31. The impressive financial growth and the solidification of DraftKings’ stance as a front-runner in the sportsbook and iGaming domain in the US are noteworthy aspects of this report.
Dor conveyed news of the merging corporates on his LinkedIn profile, expressing his team’s enthusiasm about entering a “new chapter in the Sports IQ Analytics journey” with an equally ambitious group.
